This post is a little bit late, but I just want to share how yummy and delicious my Christmas was. Our household (miraculously) produced such mouth-watering dishes. (＃´ー´)旦
It was my first time to do this. Thanks to the turbo broiler that I won in our office Christmas raffle, it’s now possible to do this at home.
Mom bought this two-kilo chicken that I marinated it in butter, oyster sauce, and thyme. Then I placed alternate stuffings of lemons, carrots, and celery stalks in it.
Of course, Noche Buena is not complete without the traditional ham. We used the broiler again to cook it. We saw how much fat oozed from the meat. :O
